Nonprofits · 10% off every plan

Built for how a nonprofit actually runs.

One workspace instead of 24 separate subscriptions, with fundraising in place of sales — and 10% off every plan, published openly rather than quoted on request.

What a nonprofit account changes

Choosing Non Profit at sign-up doesn't rename things — it swaps the Sales Dashboard for a Fundraising Dashboard and turns on the tools underneath it.

Fundraising Dashboard
Replaces the Sales Dashboard entirely. Donor pipeline, grants pipeline, and the whole giving picture in one place — not a CRM with the word “donor” pasted over “customer”.
Donor pipeline and donor records
Move supporters through stages the way a sales team moves deals: identified, cultivated, asked, committed, thanked. Every gift lands on the donor’s record.
Grants pipeline
Track applications, deadlines, reporting dates and awards, with the documents attached to the grant rather than lost in a folder.
Call Time
Work a call list against the donor pipeline, log the outcome as you go, and let the follow-ups create themselves.
Donation pages
Branded, designed pages on your own address, with recurring giving and gifts posting straight into revenue and the donor’s record.
Events and ticketing
Galas, conferences and free community events: multi-day schedules, per-part pricing, meals with menus, QR tickets and door check-in from a phone. Replaces Eventbrite.

And everything else, unchanged

Email marketing and texting
Appeals, newsletters and reminders from your own domain, with lists, tags and rule-based segments — plus SMS/MMS through your own Twilio account, so messages cost what they cost.
Proposals, contracts and invoicing
Sponsorship proposals, e-signed contracts, and invoices with card payment — the same tools a business uses, pointed at sponsors and partners.
Meetings, transcription and follow-through
Record a board meeting or a donor call, get a transcript and a summary, and have the action items land on the right person’s list with dates.
Projects, scheduling and reporting
Campaign projects with guest collaborators who don’t need a paid seat, a booking calendar for meetings, and reports across the whole picture.

Nonprofit pricing is for organizations registering from a .org address. If yours isn't a .org, tell us about it at sign-up and we'll approve it — usually the same day.

Add-ons and extra seats take the same 10%. Enterprise is priced per organization — talk to us.

If you go over a plan's limits

Nothing switches off, and your plan never changes on its own. You're emailed at 75% of any limit with the number, the date it resets and what the extra would cost — and again if you pass it. The overage appears on your next invoice, itemised. Moving up a plan is how you stop paying it, and only you can do that.

If you go overRatebilled on your next invoice
CRM contacts$1.00 per 100 contacts per month
Email subscribers$1.00 per 100 subscribers per month
Project guests$1.00 per guest per month
Email sends$1.00 per 1,000 sends
Transcription$1.50 per hour
Storage$0.50 per GB per month
AI queries$5.00 per 10 queries
Extra usersYour tier's seat rate, added only when you choose to
CRM contacts$1.00 per 100 contacts per month
Email subscribers$1.00 per 100 subscribers per month
Project guests$1.00 per guest per month
Email sends$1.00 per 1,000 sends
Transcription$1.50 per hour
Storage$0.50 per GB per month
AI queries$5.00 per 10 queries

Every limit is metered, and going over never changes your plan or switches anything off — the extra simply appears on your next invoice, itemised. Extra seats are the one exception: each tier sells a fixed number, and past that the answer is a bigger plan, which only you can choose.
