Now open · 25 spots

FollowThrough opens to the public on January 11, 2027.
Twenty-five people get in first.

We're bringing on 25 Founding Members between September 1 and December 1, 2026 — small businesses and solo operators who want to run everything from one place and are willing to tell us what's missing.

Founding Members get the lowest price FollowThrough will ever offer, direct input on what gets built next, and Founder status that doesn't expire.

Founding Member pricing starts at $49.99/month — most solo operators are currently paying $115–150 for the tools this replaces.

Questions

Common questions about FollowThrough

What is FollowThrough?
One workspace that replaces nineteen separate business subscriptions — calendar scheduling, project management, CRM, sales pipeline, proposals, contracts, invoicing, email marketing, social media, meeting transcription, surveys, and more — so a small business or solo operator can run everything from one place, on one bill.
How does it work?
You connect the accounts you already use — your Google or Outlook calendar and email, your Stripe or Square, your own sending domain — and then run projects, clients, meetings, proposals, invoices, and marketing from a single dashboard. Meetings can be transcribed and summarized, and the follow-ups and action items are tracked for you.
What does it replace?
Nineteen tools, including Calendly, Asana or Trello, Otter or Fireflies, Buffer or Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Salesforce, Pipedrive, PandaDoc, DocuSign, FreshBooks, QuickBooks, and SurveyMonkey or Typeform. Most solo operators pay $115–150 a month for that stack; a five-person team, $500–800.
Do I need any technical skills to use it?
No. If you can use email and a calendar, you can use FollowThrough. It's built for business owners, not IT departments — and we set your account up with you.
How do I get set up?
Setup is a conversation, not a help article. Every account starts with a demo, then we connect your first tool — usually your calendar or your client list — together, and add the rest as you need it.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Plans scale from a single solo operator to teams and agencies, with additional seats on the larger tiers. Everyone works out of the same shared workspace with the access you give them.
How much does it cost?
Full public pricing goes live January 11, 2027. Until then, FollowThrough is open to 25 Founding Members at the lowest prices we will ever offer — starting at $49.99/month. See the Founding Member page for the full pricing and details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly memberships end at the close of the current month. You can pay monthly or choose an annual term for one month free, and switch between the two whenever you like — an annual term runs to the end of the period you've paid for and simply won't renew. There's no long lock-in, and your data is always yours.
Is my data locked in?
No. You connect your own Gmail or Outlook, your own Stripe or Square, and your own sending domain — those accounts stay yours — and your FollowThrough data is exportable at any time.
Does it use AI?
Some features are AI-assisted — meeting transcription, summaries, and drafting help for proposals and contracts. They're optional. Everything else works whether you turn them on or not.
How do I get started?
Starting January 11, 2027, you can sign up for a plan directly. If you're ready to get started now, check out the Founding Member program — you'll get in before public launch at the lowest price we'll ever offer.
How late can I become a Founding Member?
The last day to join is December 1, 2026. Founding Members must be active for at least one full calendar month before January 1, 2027, so you cannot become a Founding Member after December 1 — and the program closes sooner if all 25 spots fill first.
