Founding Member Program · Enrol by December 1, 2026

Be one of the first 25.

FollowThrough opens to the public on January 11, 2027. Before that, twenty-five businesses get in at the lowest price we will ever offer — and keep Founder status permanently.

No pitch deck. I'll show you the product and you can decide.

What a Founding Member gets

The lowest price FollowThrough will ever offer
Phase 1 pricing runs September 1 through December 31, 2026. It is the lowest rate on our published ladder, and it will not be offered again.
Direct input on the roadmap
Twenty-five members means every request reaches me directly. What Founding Members ask for is what gets built next.
Founder status, permanently
Once a Founder, always a Founder. Founder status doesn't expire, and it doesn't lapse if you take a break. It carries a permanent 5% discount off list price from 2028 onward.
Onboarding, personally
I set up your account with you. Not a help article — an actual conversation about how your business runs.
Full transparency

Our prices go up. Here's exactly when, and by how much.

Most software companies discount quietly and raise prices without warning. We'd rather publish the whole ladder now so you can decide with the real numbers in front of you.

Founding Members enter on the bottom rung. Everyone who joins later starts higher.

During Phase 1 (September–December 2026) you pay the intro Founding prices, billed monthly. You'll be told in writing before any change.

These are your intro prices for September–December 2026, billed monthly. From January 1, 2027 you pay 5% off the published price — monthly, or annual with one month free. See the options below.

If you exceed your plan's limits: extra email sends are $1.00 per 1,000, extra transcription is $1.00 per hour, and extra storage is $0.50 per GB per month. Seats, subscribers, and project invites aren't metered — those move you to the next tier instead.

Your Founder pricing

Monthly or annual — your choice, from 2027 on

During Phase 1 (September–December 2026) you pay the intro Founding prices above, billed monthly. From January 1, 2027, your Founder discount is 5% off the published monthly price for your plan. Keep paying monthly at that Founder rate, or choose an annual term — the same rate with one month free (pay for eleven, get twelve). Either way it's the lowest price available.

Going forward. Every year after, your Founder rate is 5% off the then-current published monthly price — monthly, or annual with one month free. We don't quote a 2028 figure because list pricing may change, but the 5% discount is permanent and annual always includes the free month. If you choose an annual term it runs January 1 – December 31 and renews each January 1; annual billing is optional and only ever charged with your authorization. Additional seats get the same 5% off; metered overages are billed monthly, separate from any annual charge.

Everything in one place

One workspace instead of nineteen subscriptions

Most solo operators are paying $115–150 a month for the tools this replaces. A five-person team is usually somewhere between $500 and $800.

How it works

1
Book a demo
Every Founding Membership starts with a demo. There are only 25, I onboard each one personally, and I'd rather show you the product properly than have you guess from a feature list. No pitch deck.
2
Pick your plan
Use code FTTESTER26 at checkout for Founding Member pricing. You're billed monthly through December 2026, then annually at your Founder rate from January 2027.
3
Get set up properly
We do your onboarding together. Then you tell me what's missing, and I build it.

Is this for you?

This is a good fit if you:
  • Run a service business, agency, trade, or consulting practice
  • Are paying for four or more separate business subscriptions
  • Write proposals, send invoices, and follow up with clients
  • Are willing to tell me what's broken instead of quietly leaving
  • Want the lowest price and don't mind being early
This probably isn't for you if you:
  • Need a mature product with years of edge cases already solved
  • Have a compliance requirement we haven't been audited for
  • Want to buy it, use it, and never speak to anyone
  • Are looking for a free tier — there isn't one

Questions

What does “Founding Member” actually mean?
You're one of the first 25 businesses using FollowThrough, before it opens to the public on January 11, 2027. You get the lowest price on our published ladder, direct input on what gets built, and Founder status permanently.
Do I have to do a demo first?
Yes. There are only 25 Founding Memberships and I set up every one of them personally, so it starts with a demo rather than a checkout button. It's not a sales pitch — I'll show you the product, answer what you ask, and you'll leave knowing what your current software actually costs you either way.
How late can I become a Founding Member?
The last day to join is December 1, 2026. Founding Members must be active for at least one full calendar month before January 1, 2027, so you cannot become a Founding Member after December 1 — and the program closes sooner if all 25 spots fill first. Book your demo early to hold a spot.
Am I a beta tester?
No. You're a customer, on a working product, paying a reduced rate. Being early means you'll find things I haven't — and I want to hear about them — but you're not doing QA. You're running your business.
What happens on January 1, 2027?
Your rate moves to Phase 2 — the published monthly price for your plan, less your 5% Founder discount. You choose how to pay: monthly at that Founder rate, or annual at the same rate with one month free (pay for eleven, get twelve). For 2027 the Founder monthly rate is $66.49 (Starter), $190.92 (Professional), $607.91 (Business); annual is $731.39, $2,100.12, $6,687.01. We show you both before anything changes — no surprise invoices.
Can I stay on monthly billing?
Yes. Monthly billing stays available — from January 2027 it's your Founder rate, 5% off the published monthly price. Prefer to save a little more? Choose annual at that same rate and get one month free (pay for eleven, get twelve). And you can switch between monthly and annual at any time — a change from annual back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal. It's always your choice, not a switch we make for you.
Why does public launch say January 11 if prices change January 1?
Phase 2 pricing takes effect at the start of the year. Public sign-ups open on January 11. Founding Members are simply ahead of both dates.
How long does Founder status last?
Permanently. Once a Founder, always a Founder.
What if I cancel and come back later?
Your Founder status is restored automatically. It doesn't require continuous service — see the Terms below.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Founding Member pricing applies to whichever plan you're on.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial or permanent free tier. Every Founding Membership starts with a demo, then you pick your plan.
What if it isn't for me?
Cancel any time. Monthly memberships end at the close of the current month. If you choose an annual term, you can cancel to stop it renewing — annual terms aren't refunded mid-term.
Is my data locked in?
No. You connect your own Gmail or Outlook, your own Stripe or Square, and your own sending domain. Those accounts stay yours.
Do you use AI?
Some features are AI-assisted — meeting transcription, summaries, and drafting help for proposals and contracts. They're optional. Everything else works whether you turn them on or not.

Founding Member Program — Terms

1 · Eligibility and enrolment. The Founding Member Program is open to the first 25 accounts that subscribe to a paid FollowThrough plan between September 1, 2026 and December 1, 2026 using code FTTESTER26. The last day to enrol is December 1, 2026: a Founding Member must be an active, paying member for at least one full calendar month before January 1, 2027, so no new Founding Members are accepted after December 1, 2026. Enrolment requires a scheduled product demonstration with FollowThrough; Founding Member pricing is not available through self-serve checkout. Founding Member status is granted at the account level and applies to the business, not to an individual user.

2 · Billing during Phase 1. Founding Members pay Phase 1 intro rates — Starter $49.99/month, Professional $140.97/month, Business $439.90/month — for the period September 1 through December 31, 2026, billed monthly.

3 · Founder pricing from January 1, 2027. From January 1, 2027, your Founder discount is 5% off the then-current published monthly rate for your plan. You may pay monthly at that Founder rate, or elect an annual term at the same rate multiplied by eleven — a twelve-month term billed as eleven months (one month free). For 2027 the Founder monthly rate is $66.49 (Starter), $190.92 (Professional), and $607.91 (Business); the annual rate is $731.39, $2,100.12, and $6,687.01. Annual terms run January 1 through December 31 and renew each January 1 at the then-current Founder rate.

4 · Annual billing is optional; you may switch either way. Annual billing is optional. If you do nothing, your membership continues on monthly billing at your Founder rate. If you elect an annual term, annual billing requires your separate affirmative authorization; we will not charge an annual amount against a payment authorization given for monthly billing. You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time — a change from monthly to annual starts a new annual term, and a change from annual to monthly takes effect at that term's next renewal. These billing options apply to all members, founding and standard.

5 · Scheduled price changes. Prices change on a published schedule. On January 1, 2027, the published monthly rates your Founder price is based on move to Phase 2: Starter $69.99, Professional $200.97, Business $639.90. On January 1, 2028, published rates move to full pricing, and Founding Members continue to receive a permanent 5% discount off that then-current list price. We will notify you in writing at least 30 days before any scheduled change takes effect.

6 · Founder status is permanent. Founding Member status does not expire and cannot be revoked for lapsed service. If you close your account and later return, your Founder status is restored automatically — continuous service is not required. Founder status carries a permanent 5% discount off then-current list pricing from January 1, 2028 onward.

7 · The Founder discount applies to current list price. Any Founder discount is applied as a percentage of the then-current published list price for your plan. It is not a price freeze and does not lock any historical rate.

8 · Founder status is not transferable. Founder status attaches to the business account. It does not transfer to a new owner if the business is sold, merged, or otherwise changes hands, and it cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted.

9 · Plan changes during a term. You may upgrade at any time; the difference is prorated for the remainder of your term and charged at your Founder rate. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal. Founder pricing applies to whichever plan you hold.

10 · Additional seats. Additional seats are billed at the published per-seat rate for your tier, less your 5% Founder discount. Seats added during an annual term are prorated for the remainder of that term; seats removed during a term take effect at the next renewal.

11 · Usage limits and overages. Each plan includes published limits on users, email subscribers, email sends, transcription hours, storage, social channels, and project invites. Metered usage beyond your plan's limits — email sends, transcription, and storage — is billed monthly at published overage rates, separately from and in addition to your subscription charge. Seats, subscribers, and project invites are structural limits and require a plan upgrade rather than incurring overage charges.

12 · Cancellation and refunds. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual terms may be cancelled at any time, but are not refundable in whole or in part; access continues through the end of the paid term and the membership will not renew. We do not offer prorated refunds.

13 · Feedback. Founding Members are invited, but not required, to provide product feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you share may be used to improve FollowThrough without obligation or compensation. Providing feedback is not a condition of membership or of Founder status.

14 · Your accounts and your data. FollowThrough connects to accounts you own — your email provider, your payment processors, your sending domain. Those accounts and the data in them remain yours. Your FollowThrough data is exportable.

15 · Program limits and changes. The Founding Member Program is limited to 25 accounts and closes to new members on December 1, 2026, or when 25 accounts have enrolled, whichever comes first. We may close the program early. Changes to these terms will not reduce the pricing or Founder status of anyone already enrolled.

16 · Governing terms. These Founding Member terms supplement, and do not replace, the FollowThrough Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
